Brain Aging Prevention
Getting older is a natural part of life's process. It has been known that maintaining physical fitness, proper nutrition, and social interactions promotes a stronger sense of well-being. The Healthy Brain Initiative: A National Public Health Road Map to Maintaining Cognitive Health, released on June 10, 2007, addresses cognitive health as a critical factor contributing to the quality of aging.
Declining cognitive health refers to a gradual decline in operational capacity of the brain, including:
- difficulties learning new information

- inability to recall previously known information
- slowing of mental processing speed
- decline of attention
- psychomotor slowing
- decline in working memory.
We are offering an opportunity to increase or maintain an individual's level of cognitive fitness to promote longer lasting physical and emotional health.
